Do i need a referral?

No referral is necessary. You can make an appointment for a complete diagnostic hearing test without a referral. If you have a Pensioner Concession Card, certain Veteran Affairs cards, or receive Sickness Allowance from Centrelink, you may be eligible for a Comprehensive hearing assessment and hearing aids completly paid for by the Commonwealth Government. Conditions apply under the Hearing Services Voucher program.
Check your eligibility
If you are not satisfied at your current hearing provider, you can transfer to any hearing clinic, no questons asked. Professional hearing advice is only a phone call away.
You may be eligible for audiology services on your private health insurance. Contact your health fund for more information about your policy.
